DirSet

DirSet is an early-stage product. Features may change, and the service may have downtime, bugs, or data-affecting issues. AI-generated plans, shot recommendations, coverage suggestions, and time estimates are planning aids, not guarantees — they can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuited to your specific shoot. You are always responsible for reviewing a plan and for the final decisions about your production, including equipment use, location access and permissions, cast and crew safety, and any other on-set judgment call.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use this service.

You own the creative material, scripts, images, and project data you upload or enter. By using the service, you grant us the limited right to store it and send it to our AI provider solely to generate the plans and checks you request. We don't claim ownership of your creative work, and we don't use it to train models for anyone else.

Don't use the service to upload unlawful content, attempt to access another account's data, disrupt the service, or abuse the AI planning features (for example, automated bulk requests). We may suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on an AI-generated plan. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date above when we do.
