• Account information: your email address and password (handled by our authentication provider; we never see or store your raw password).
• Profile details you enter during onboarding: display name, experience level, primary creation type, and typical crew size.
• Your equipment locker, project data, creative materials, scenes, locations, people, constraints, and any files or images you upload.
• AI-generated plans and the inputs used to produce them, plus token usage and estimated cost for each AI request.
• Basic product usage events (for example: account created, project created, a plan generated, Shoot Mode used, an export downloaded) used to understand how the product is actually used.
• Billing information if you subscribe: our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details directly. We only store your subscription status and plan identifiers, never your card number.

Your data is used to run the product: to store your plans, send your project data to our AI provider to generate shot plans and checks, process payments, and understand which parts of the product are actually useful. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your creative content to train anyone else's AI models.

• Our database, authentication, and file storage provider, to run the application.
• Our AI provider, to generate creative analysis, shot plans, and planning checks from the project data you provide.
• Our payment processor, if you subscribe to a paid plan.
• An error-monitoring service, which may receive technical details about a crash (such as a stack trace) if the app fails while you're using it. It is not used for tracking or advertising.

We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not sell it.

Every table that holds your data enforces row-level security in the database, so other accounts cannot read or modify your data through normal use of the application. Uploaded files are stored privately and are only accessible to your account. Payment details never touch our servers.

You can edit or delete your projects and equipment at any time from within the app. If you want your account and all associated data deleted entirely, email us and we will do so.
